Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this period.

Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange We also offer exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Saveom. We will arrange the pickup or provide a return label.
